We are seeking a Production Lead to join our team at the Kent kitchen. In this role, you'll work closely with the Production Manager to oversee all aspects of daily production operations, ensuring they meet company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely store and label perishable items, including received and produced goods, by date, item, and producer’s name.
• Monitor and report the correct labeling of all items by personnel.
• Oversee product lifespan to ensure quality.
• Receive, reconcile, and submit production reports to management.
• Ensure the FIFO (First In, First Out) process is followed throughout.
• Forecast production prep needs based on upcoming requirements.
• Receive deliveries, inspect items, reject incorrect or spoiled products, and report shortages to management.
• Assist in planning production schedules with the Production Manager.
• Regularly complete inventory management and report updates to the manager.
• Bake items as needed to meet production demands.
• Organize and maintain all storage areas efficiently.
• Train new employees on proper product rotation and storage practices.

Qualifications:

• Baking experience preferred.
• experience in food preparation/ production 
• Must be proficient in English; bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) will be given special consideration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members.
• Flexible availability is a plus.

Position Details:

• Location: Kent Kitchen, Pacific Highway.
• Hours: 32–40 hours per week.
• Starting wage: $21.00 per hour, plus tips from online store orders.
