Piroshky Baking Company is seeking a lead driver, 32-40 hours/week. $25 -30.00/hr., paid breaks, and complementary food.

The Driver Lead is trained in all aspects of transportation involving the company’s delivery of product, including kitchen to store delivery, customer on demand delivery, promo delivery, drop off events(both in state and out of state), and more. The Driver Lead is also involved in out of state drop off events that include flying to drop off cities and overnight accommodations. This position is responsible for working food truck events which include driving, minor baking, and customer service. This position works closely with all branches of the company, including bakeries, production, fulfillment, and administrative staff, as well as acts as a company ambassador.

Job includes:

• store delivery: Arrive at our Kent kitchen location to load up truck (24 ft box truck ) Shift starts at 7:00pm until 3:00am and 4:00am. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Delivering bakery items and supply to downtown Stores and office. 
• drop off events- our drivers transport packages in company vans across the state of Washington, Oregon and Idaho, meeting our customers in their communities to deliver their baked goods. Overnight accommodations and meal stipend or given for overnight stays.

This is an excellent position for an individual who enjoys driving and traveling for work.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record going back at least 3 years ( no moving violations/citations)
• Have been driving for the past 3 consecutive years.
• Must have experience driving a 24 ft box truck( or larger)

Responsibilities include:

• Food delivery
• Maneuvering carts loaded with pastry trays from truck to stores
• Delivering non food item packages
• Assuring all items are delivered in quality condition
• Various cleaning task ( cleaning and washing of carts and truck )
• greeting customers as they pick up their packages from delivery site
• submitting end of day reports
• driving across the state, possible travel out of stat3

Clean driving record required, drug test administeredNo CDL required

Shift starts as early at 7:00pm, until 3:00am, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, some weekends, travel across state and out of state.

Ability to:
