Piroshky Piroshky, a PNW based company serving original recipes and handmade products for over 30 years. Our doors first opened in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market in 1992, offering a unique food experience to both locals and travelers alike. We are currently looking for a part time or full time office assistant- job will include data entry and customer service, online ordering troubleshooting, as well as address any issues regarding customer orders.

Daily duties include:

• organization of office space
• enter data into worksheets
• answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner - route calls as needed
• email customers and employees when needed
• investigate and process refunds as needed
• print documents and materials needed by staff
• assist with packaging when needed
• We are looking for someone with superb people skills.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in office setting
• At least 1 year  in customer service
• Receptionist experience is given special consideration.
• HR experience given special consideration 
• Ability to interact with our customers both in email and on the phone with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
• Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about company product, events and goal.

This position requires someone adept at bridging customer concerns with company goals, as well as enthusiasm with our mission to deliver the best experience to them.

This position will include weekday shifts and some weekend shifts from 8-4pm. Some weekend availability required

Pay: $21.00/hr
