Piroshky Piroshky, a PNW based company serving original recipes and handmade products for over 30 years. Our doors first opened in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market in 1992, offering a unique food experience to both locals and travelers alike. We prize the special connection we have with our customers who visit us time and time again. As of 2020, our company now offers a variety of ways for our fans to enjoy our offerings even when they are unable to make it to our bakery. We are currently searching for two seasonal part dishwasher at our Kent production kitchen.Possibility of permanent position depending on business levels.
Pay: 18.69/hr plus tips, shifts available throughout the week, 7 days a week depending on your availability,
shift hours: 8-4:00pm, 3-4 days a week.

This shift is worked independently in a kitchen with other production staff. This is a very busy hub, and labor intensive job which requires at least 8 hours on your feet with consistent movement.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Ideal candidate:
*Is punctual
*Is able to work independently
*Is experienced in working in a fast pace kitchen
*Has extensive cleaning experience
*Has a valid WA state food handlers permit
Working Environment, Physical Demands:
-Be 18 years or older
-Ability to effectively communicate in English
-Be able to stand for entire duration of your shift.
-Be able to safely lift objects up to 50 pounds, and, occasionally push heavy carts.
-Work in the bakery setting, which includes exposure to high amount of flour, spices, meat smells, high temperatures, relative humidity, continuous repetitive movement.
-Flexible with duties performed from cleaning kitchen to dishwashing to other various kitchen duties (i.e. packing, stocking, etc.)
-Communicate effectively and safely

Since starting our bakery at the Pike Place Market two decades ago we integrated the last of the Northwest into our own traditional recipes. Our Piroshkies are individually made from scratch and hand-molded into their very own unique shapes.
Our central kitchen is located in Seattle's South Park neighborhood. Here our team works throughout the day & night to produce for stores, catering, pop-up events, wholesale delivery & home delivery.
