Insight to Action is the intersection of big data, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM, providing an integrated approach to automating customer interaction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
•Practice the approach to CRM success: business process and user adoption first, technology second
•Perform in-depth analysis as a participant in process definition, requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing
•Document functional requirements and transform them into detailed system requirements
•Ensure traceability to and from functional requirements
•Work with teams to develop solutions for the configuration and customization of software
•Work with teams to perform data integration and migration from outside sources
•Deliver training to client personnel – business process and system
•Strong understanding of the CRM functionality to identify requirements “trade-offs” that keep the project on schedule yet still meet the business objective
•Ability to relate CRM functionalities to the business objectives that the business can clearly understand
•Communicate effectively, solve problems, and identify and communicate project issues properly
•Ability to lead small and enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and lead customer support projects
Requirements
•4+ years of experience with business or requirements analysis
•1+ years of Salesforce experience
•Consultative, attention to detail; as well as the highest level of integrity and strong problem solver
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
•Comfortable working in an on/offshore environment
•Strong time management and organizational skills
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio)
•Good communications skills both oral and written
•Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
