DESCRIPTION
• Perform all aspects of project delivery from project scoping and definition to its successful execution
• Manages day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assists with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project
• Transform client vision into concrete business requirements
• Drive key stakeholder meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline
• Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage client satisfaction through building business relationships and trust
• Deliver presentations to all levels of management
• Support the development of proposals and statements of work to include drafting estimation of effort/cost
• Perform/interpret metrics and analysis to identify opportunities and provide business justifications for clients
• Define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
• Develop implementation plans for proposed projects, including timelines, resource requirements and cost estimates
• Develop thoughtful and innovative strategies to improve customer experience, increase revenue generation and reduce operational costs
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Prior Experience:
• BS or BA degree required
• Overall 8+ years of experience in consulting or technology implementation
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience with functional requirements writing for custom systems
• 4+ years of experience managing CRM implementations
• Ability to lead people, teams and projects
• Experience managing offshore teams
