Sales Executive - Salesforce Services

OVERVIEW

As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and experienced Salesforce Channel Manager to manage our prospecting and sales activities with Salesforce prospects and clients. As a Salesforce implementation partner, a large portion of our business is derived from recommendations and referrals from Salesforce Account Executives and other roles inside of Salesforce. We are looking for a person with excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills who has a strong understanding of the Salesforce product ecosystem. We are effectively looking for someone who speaks Salesforce with Consulting Services experience and can work to build trust and relationships with Salesforce account executives and other Salesforce roles, prospects, and clients. 

What you will do...

  • Work with other Tectonic Sales leadership to develop a strategy to connect with Salesforce Account Executives (“AE”).
  • Present and communicate Tectonic Solutions’ value-added capabilities to Salesforce AEs, highlighting Tectonics' capabilities. 
  • Build trust through assisting Salesforce AEs and using industry knowledge and knowledge of Salesforce products. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with AEs.
  • Identify opportunities to work with Salesforce AEs on specific prospects or clients. 
  • Collaborate with Tectonic solutioning and delivery resources to ensure a well-aligned solution for prospective customers.
  • Maintain and update our Salesforce CRM system with prospect/customer information.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • The most important part of this job is to build trust with Salesforce AEs to win the opportunities that come with new Salesforce Licensing.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars, trade shows, and sales meetings.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific the Salesforce AEs that you are working with.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and participate in resolving Salesforce AEs and the joint prospect concerns or issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience with a Salesforce Partner.
  • Salesforce Sales or Service product knowledge and experience
  • Experience selling professional services
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, earn trust, and effectively present at executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening and negotiating abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Desired Experience:

  • Have an understanding of the target audience, including industry knowledge and key business issues Salesforce solutions can address industry trends and competition
  • Existing relationships with Salesforce AEs
  • Experience with selling or delivering Salesforce products
  • Certification(s) in any Salesforce product
  • Working with global(offshore) delivery teams
