Insight to Action is the intersection of big data, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM that provides an integrated approach to automating customer interaction. We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining all Salesforce AE’s and RVPs that we are currently working with and targeting to work with
- Use a combination of Linked in, current AE/RVP list, and other Salesforce portal resources to create and maintain a master Salesforce channel contact file.
- Monitor and use Slack to foster Sales AE communication/outreach.
- Reaching out (email, Slack, phone) to set appointments for Tectonic sales and executives to meet with new AE’s and RVPs (Schedule 52+ meetings with Salesforce AE and/or RVP over 12 months- min once per quarter for existing AE relationships)
- Maintaining a schedule so that Tectonic has regular interaction with existing AE’s and RVPs
- Planning and organizing a minimum of 1 lunch and learn per quarter
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for lunch and learn and other meetings
- Partner Portal monitoring and maintenance
- Look for opportunities that Salesforce has posted to look for experienced partners and forward those opportunities to Tectonic sales team
- Work with Tectonic sales team to make sure that surveys are being sent out to each appropriate client
- Prepare monthly report to present to sales/exec team on current partner status
Sales operation and system duties
- Ensure that Tectonic Salesforce opportunity data is being kept up to date
- Work with the sales team and the Tectonics offshore dev team to make improvements to systems
- Work with the sales team and the Tectonic offshore dev team to make improvements to the public website
- Assist in contract preparation
- Creation of sales presentation and documents
