We are looking for a talented Blackbaud Consultant to join our team.

The Technical Consultant will work in a team environment to support clients existing and future application systems, focusing on Blackbaud CRM. As a Senior/Technical Consultant, you will participate in the requirements gathering process, solution design, development, quality assurance and deployment. The Technical Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of new application features, integrations between applications, integrations with data vendors, configuring data integration packages, generating data exports and reports for various areas of the organization, modifications, and defect fixing of existing features and applications.

Requirments

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with an object-oriented language such as VB. NET or C#.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing against MS SQL Server and knowledge of T-SQL.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing custom features for the Blackbaud CRM application.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using and developing SSIS packages for the Blackbaud DWH.
• 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience in creating reports and exports in the Blackbaud CRM.
• Ability to work independently as well as in an interdepartmental team.
• Understanding of integration scenarios and design.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good balance of business and technical skills and ability to cut to solution decisions quickly.
• Strong customer service attitude.
