We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to assist with the customer service and scheduling aspects of our operations. Ideal applicants have excellent communication skills, can create positive interactions with our clients, and have a good understanding of the local area
While this job has many repetitive processes that need to be completed, checked and double-checked daily, there will also be responsibilities related to integrating new software and documenting/updating written processes

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive inspection and repair requests from our clients across multiple forms of contact
- Collect and enter accurate information into our field software so our field team can succeed
- Confirm accuracy of records from field technicians
- Create and test processes to increase efficiency regarding scheduling and logistics
- Assist with billing and Accounts Receivable, as needed
- Assist with data entry and compliance tasks, as needed
- Document and update written processes
- Additional tasks that may arise
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong personal drive for accuracy and compliance
- Experience with basic office software
- Experience with CRM and industry specific software is preferred (Jobber, FormLink, and others)
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Organized, systematic and adherent to deadlines.
