We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to assist with the customer service, scheduling, billing, and compliance aspects of our operations. Ideal applicants have excellent communication skills, can create positive interactions with our clients, and enjoy dotting every "i" and crossing every "t."
While this job has many repetitive processes that need to be completed, checked and double-checked daily, there will also be responsibilities related to integrating new software and documenting/updating written processes
