Position Summary: As our Office Manager you will be face of our organization, welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable. You will be instrumental in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations allowing our doctors and technicians to focus on what they do best.
Duties include but are not limited to answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting patients, managing the schedule, verifying insurance and handling the patient flow. Previous medical office preferred, but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patient reception and client intake.
- Maintain positive communication with referring offices
- Provide administrative assistance to the Radiologist, Technologist and Manager.
- Electronic scheduling, book appointments and answer patient questions
- Preparing charts -Maintaining organized, neat and accurate patient charts with all pertinent patient demographics
- Maintains appearance of waiting areas and reception desk.
- Manages client flow from front desk to back office.
- Answers phone and directs calls appropriately.
- Maintains inventory of front desk supplies and forms.
- Confirming appointments with patients
- Communicate with vendors as needed?

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university -preferred
- 2 years related office experience and/or training-preferred
- Familiar with CPT procedures code
