Pacifica Services is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and experienced Director of Talent Management to help our Company find and retain excellent employees! The Director of Talent Management will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover extraordinary talent, build a solid employment brand and ensure strong relationships with both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate innovative and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to attract, select and retain high quality active and passive candidates and pipelines.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (review employment applications, conduct interviews and screening calls, schedule follow up interviews, etc.)
- Ensure quality and efficient sourcing and hiring.
- Conduct regular follow-up with management to assess talent acquisition progress.
- Engage with talent communities.
- Develop relationships with local colleges and universities and attend career fairs to attract interns and entry level candidates into the industry.
- Contribute to the organization's brand for talent acquisition, and/or provide training on talent acquisition for hiring managers.
- Monitor and update the company's career page and other sourcing resources.
- Assist with creation of job descriptions and maintain in filing system
- Maintain database of candidates and organized system for filing of resumes
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
- Investigate and determine employee needs and suggest solutions to management
- Develop strategies to encourage and facilitate employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan and manage the employee referral program
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and work with business development team to provide employee hiring forecasts
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate and employee experience
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience recruiting for the A/E/C industry
- Demonstrated high level of knowledge of and experience with full cycle recruitment for all position levels and functions.
- Ability to build trust. Conduct oneself as a consummate professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong commitment to diversity and employee engagement
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Ability to motivate employees
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Education, Training & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- HR/Recruiting certification (HRCI, SHRM, ARIS, etc.), preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point
Employment Type/Schedule:
- Full time/40 hour week
- Monday to Friday
