We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter and Handyman to join our team at Noles Home Maintenance. As a carpenter, you will primarily focus on constructing privacy fences, decks, windows, and doors. In addition, you will be expected to perform various handyman activities as required. Responsibilities:
Constructing privacy fences, decks, windows, and doors according to specifications
Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping materials
Installing and repairing windows, doors, and other fixtures
Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Collaborating with team members and clients to achieve project goals
Performing other general handyman tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with expertise in constructing privacy fences, decks, windows, and doors
Proficient in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various project requirements
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
Demonstrated commitment to quality craftsmanship
Compensation:
Pay will be based on your level of experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
