Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager-Estimator to join our team. As a Project Manager-Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the cost of each project, creating detailed project plans, and managing the entire project from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating the cost of each project accurately and within the given timeline.
• Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Managing and overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including subcontractors and internal teams.
• Communicating with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
• Identifying and mitigating any potential project risks and issues.
• Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating for a construction or painting company.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Navigate and use Dodge Reporting & Plan Hub to bid new projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
