Overview:

As we've expanded and grown we are looking for an additional Treatment Clinical Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Attributes that would allow for success on our team.

Has excellent math skills and is able to put together a comprehensive dental treatment plan. Understands how to calculate a patient's out of pocket expense for a dental procedure and explain a dental or orthodontic treatment plan.

Excellent at multi-tasking, organized, methodical, detailed, and self motivated.

Knowledge of Dental Software(Dentrix, Open dental, etc)

Understands how to bill and collect from dental insurances.

Able to perform productive scheduling for dentists and hygienists including all front office duties such as answering phone calls, verifying insurance, checking patients in and out.
Has a clear understanding of dental materials and procedures, basic accounting and financial concepts.
A team player who is able to provide exceptional customer service, has outstanding communication skills, and can think outside the box to help resolve issues.
Exhibits a "can do" attitude coupled with a willingness to learn new skills.
Computer savvy and quick to learn new software.
A genuine willingness to embrace a team atmosphere and contribute to a successful practice.
Works well independently
Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, parents/patients, visitors, and other interested parties.
