Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Mortenson Orthodontics is currently looking for an outgoing, professional, and detail-oriented treatment coordinator to join our friendly, fast paced practice. We have multiple east valley locations (Gilbert, San Tan Valley and East Mesa) so travel will be required. Our goal at Mortenson Orthodontics is to provide each patient a friendly and comfortable atmosphere where quality orthodontic treatment and patient satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are looking for someone with like-minded goals to join our team of excellence! At least one-year orthodontic treatment coordinating experience preferred.

Duties Include:

• Friendly, professional, self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of orthodontics and the ability to sell orthodontic cases 
• The ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Computer experience (Cloud9 software preferred)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• General accounting/billing knowledge
• Manage patient accounts and able to address financial questions.
• Knowledgeable on how to file/bill insurance claims
