Dental Scheduling Coordinator

We are conveniently located near I-90 and feet from Issaquah Creek with beautiful and relaxing views.

We are seeking an experienced hygiene scheduling coordinator who is outgoing, positive, warm and friendly. 

Excellent communication and customer service background is a must.

Hours are flexible. Ideally Monday thru Thursday 7:30-5:00, but we are open to hours that may better fit your schedule Monday thru Thursday. We are more interested in finding the right person than fitting an exact schedule. 

Duties to include, but not limited to:

-Verifying insurance coverage for hygiene visits and confirming what they are due for at each visit. 

-Uploading reports from specialists and follow up care.

-Scheduling all variety of new and existing patient appointments. 

-Greet and check in patients in a warm and friendly manner. 

-Answering telephones and emails.

-Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Previous experience in a dental front office with a strong knowledge of working with insurance companies is needed. 

Experience with DENTRIX is preferred, but will happily train as needed.

Back office experience would be a bonus, but not necessary. 

Part time 16-24 hours per week.
