Hi paralegals! Counxel Legal Firm is looking for a talented paralegal to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position will be directly supporting the litigation attorneys with court filings, client/opposing party communication, and document preparation/handling. You will report directly to the office manager.

• You get to see the office, meet the team, and learn about what we do
• We will make an offer shortly after the end of the interview (if it goes well)

What is required for this position:

• 5+ years experience as a litigation paralegal 
• A paralegal training certificate 
• Two recommendation letters from former employers and/or supervisors 
• In-depth knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to handle filings in both state and federal court without any additional training
• Familiar with tracking billable hours
• Experience with civil and commercial litigation along with employment law is beneficial
