As you are probably noticing, many attorney job ads out are not really hiring right now (they are just placing hiring ads to manage potential attrition). Not us, we are ready to hire now! What to expect when you apply:

What we are looking for from you:
- Someone who wasn’t caught up with trying to be in the top 10% of their law school class
- People skills
- Open to collaboration/mentorship/communication
- Willing to engage in wide-ranging litigation practice
- Able to perform basic legal research and persuasive writing
- Willing to work for up to 1250 billable hours/year
- Preferred: Experience with civil and commercial litigation along with employment law
- Preferred: Someone who has 3+ years litigation experience and looking for a long-term opportunity
What you are wondering about this job:
- Base Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000+ depending on experience
- Firm generates all clients for you
- Monthly and yearly bonuses based on production (unlimited)

- Standard hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Two-days a week (W/F) remote-days

- The firm currently has six attorneys, two paralegals, one dedicated billing/collecting professional, two intake and client success individuals and a managing director
