What to expect when you apply:

• We will call you within 2 business day of applying
• We will interview you within 4 days after that
• You get to see the office, meet the team, and learn about what we do
• We will make an offer at the end of the interview (if it goes well)  

What we are looking for from you:

• Someone who wasn’t caught up with trying to be in the top 10% of their law school class
• Someone who has 3+ years litigation experience and looking for a long term opportunity
• People skills
• Open to collaboration/mentorship/communication
• Willing to engage in wide-ranging litigation practice
• Able to perform basic legal research and persuasive writing
• Willing to work for up to 1250 billable hours/year
• Experience with civil and commercial litigation along with employment law is beneficial

What you are wondering about this job:  

• Base Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 depending on experience (if you have a book we can also discuss bonus or more advantageous eat what you kill model)
• Additional monthly and yearly bonuses based on production (unlimited)
