Counxel Legal Firm is a dynamic and customer-centric law firm that values the importance of exceptional new client support. We are dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to individuals and business owners and believe that outstanding customer service is at the core of our success. We are currently looking for a passionate and empathetic New Customer Support Representative to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional support to our customers!

Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Intake: Provide courteous assistance to new customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling and payment details between new client and legal team using the CRM and ensure that automations are running smoothly for a great new customer experience. 
  • Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services to provide accurate information and solutions to new customer inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve new customer problems, complaints, and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of new customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and improve the overall new customer support process.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with service updates, industry trends, and customer support best practices to provide the highest level of service.

Here is What We Are Expecting: 

  • Previous experience in a customer support or intake is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Law firm has 6 attorneys, two paralegals, and 3 full time management/administrative team members. 
  • Highly collaborative environment with regular team appreciation functions.
  • Office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  M-F.
  • Daily Huddles, Weekly Team Meetings, and Monthly One-to-Ones.
  • Lots of snacks!
