Are you a hands on manager who likes to engage people and systems?   Do you have direct experience in the legal field? Our firm has set up a great team and strong systems and is now looking for a Law Firm Manager to grow with our growing business!

What we are looking for from you:

• Foster strong workplace culture 
• Collaboration/mentorship/communication
• Conduct/participate in weekly case review meetings with attorneys/paralegals
• Conduct monthly personnel one on ones
• Conduct yearly performance reviews
• Lead daily team huddles
• Lead weekly team meetings
• Oversee and ensure monthly billing and collecting with assistance from team 
• Manage/negotiate vendor/supplier contracts and employee salaries
• Ensure that firm KPI's are being reached
• Engage in every level of the organization (including learning how things work and how technology is used) and step in as needed from intake to billing
• Report directly to managing partner 

What you are wondering about this job:  

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000+ depending on experience (may be more if individual is lawyer or has marketing background)
• Additional monthly and yearly bonuses based on company profitability (unlimited)
