What to expect when you apply:

What we are looking for from you:

• Someone who has 5+ years litigation experience and looking for a long term opportunity
• Someone who wasn’t caught up with trying to be in the top 10% of their law school class
• People skills
• Open to collaboration/mentorship/communication
• Willing to engage in wide-ranging litigation practice
• Able to perform basic legal research and persuasive writing
• Willing to work for up to 1250 billable hours/year
• Experience with employment law and/or construction law is beneficial

What you are wondering about this job:  

• Base Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 depending on experience (if you have a full book we can also discuss a more advantageous eat what you kill model)
• Additional monthly and yearly bonuses based on production (unlimited)
• Two-days a week (W/F) remote days
