Litigation Team Support Specialist

Salary Range:  $18 - $18 hour

We are a growing law firm looking for a detail oriented, articulate, and energetic person to work directly with our litigation team as a litigation team support specialist.

The litigation team support specialist job duties include: 

  • Docket cases 
  • Provide proactive communication to clients 
  • Assist with paralegal/attorney support items 
  • Ensure the organization of client legal documents
  • Outreach with opposing parties and expert witnesses 
  • Other items requested from time to time by the firm

The Litigation Team Support Specialist Necessary Skills Include:

  • Technology – ability to utilize various software and technological applications.  
  • Communication - possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service - have excellent telephone skills, customer service skills, and possess a sense of empathy.
  • Organization/Attention to Detail - efficiently manage both new and current client files through data entry and paper collection. Utilize organizational skills and abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptation - possess a willingness to adapt and find opportunities to drive innovation.
  • Collaboration - have the desire and ability to work in a strong team environment to create a superior customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18/hour
