The litigation team support specialist job duties include:
- Docket cases
- Provide proactive communication to clients
- Assist with paralegal/attorney support items
- Ensure the organization of client legal documents
- Outreach with opposing parties and expert witnesses
- Other items requested from time to time by the firm
The Litigation Team Support Specialist Necessary Skills Include:
- Technology – ability to utilize various software and technological applications.
- Communication - possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service - have excellent telephone skills, customer service skills, and possess a sense of empathy.
- Organization/Attention to Detail - efficiently manage both new and current client files through data entry and paper collection. Utilize organizational skills and abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptation - possess a willingness to adapt and find opportunities to drive innovation.
- Collaboration - have the desire and ability to work in a strong team environment to create a superior customer experience.
