Our business and employment legal team is client centric and is heavily invested into bringing new clients to the practice so that they can experience our slogan of “Legal Counsel Simplified”! 

As an inbound lead specialist, you will be the first point of contact that potential clients have with our firm and will be primarily responsible for setting these potential clients up with attorney that best fits their needs, whether with our firm or with another attorney.  As client relations professional, you will be responsible to engage with current firm clients and identifying their legal needs and setting them up with an attorney that best fits their needs.    

Inbound Lead Specialist and Client Relations Professional Responsibilities:

· Answer phone calls and emails during business hours.  Identify and close new business clients while also cross promoting and educating clients on expansive services and program. Transfer to appropriate staff and attorneys.

· Work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to manage the acquisition of new clients and educate new and existing clients on various services and programs.

· Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, including spreadsheet & database management, email & text message drafting to ensure operational efficiency and client engagement.

Qualifications:

· Communication - possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

· Customer service - have excellent telephone skills, customer service skills, and possess a sense of service and empathy.

· Organization/Attention to Detail - efficiently manage both new and current client files through data entry and paper collection. Utilize organizational skills and abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

· Adaptation - possess a willingness to adapt and find opportunities to drive innovation.

· Collaboration - have the desire and ability to work in a strong team environment to create a superior customer experience for every potential new client and existing client.

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday); 9a.m. – 5 pm

Our entire office is work from home Wednesday and Friday.   

Pay: From $25,000-$50,000 base salary (draw against bonus) with aggressive bonus structure!!

Knowledge:

• Bachelor's (preferred)
• Previous experience in and/or exposure to legal field (strongly referred) 
• Previous inbound lead experience (strongly preferred)
