If so, come join us! Our team is looking for a full time Customer Relations/Intake Specialist who will work directly with Timothy Coons’ Business and Employment Law Litigation Team!
The customer relations/intake specialist will receive and qualify new and prospective clients, will be a main point of contact, and will be responsible for communicating with potential new clients (PNC's) who contact the firm through phone, email, text, and website submission. The intake specialist will survey prospective clients, empathize with them on the details of their case, will ask thoughtful questions to gain relevant legal information, and find out why they are seeking legal services.
Customer Relations/Intake Specialist Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls and emails during business hours.
· Evaluate potential new client (PNC) inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
· Work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to manage the acquisition of new clients that meet our criteria.
· Set appointments with PNC's to keep our attorneys' schedules organized.
· Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency.
Customer Relations/Intake Specialist Qualifications:
· Communication - possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Customer service - have excellent telephone skills, customer service skills, and possess a sense of empathy.
· Organization/Attention to Detail - efficiently manage both new and current client files through data entry and paper collection. Utilize organizational skills and abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
· Adaptation - possess a willingness to adapt and find opportunities to drive innovation.
· Collaboration - have the desire and ability to work in a strong team environment to create a superior customer experience for every PNC.
