  • Lead or assist in all aspects of the trenchless rehabilitation process, including job setup, liner preparation, inversion, curing, and quality verification

  • Travel to job sites across the state and region (up to 95% travel)

  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with the Lead Installation Technician, Project Managers, and Headquarters

  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, accountability, and workmanship at every job site

  • Support junior technicians and promote teamwork through example and integrity

  • Conduct routine maintenance and care of company equipment and vehicles

  • 2–3 years of CIPP installation or trenchless rehabilitation experience required

  • Proven ability to take direction and demonstrate leadership in the field

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of your work

  • Ability to travel extensively (95%) and work in varying outdoor environments

  • OSHA certifications, confined space training, and/or NASSCO certifications a plus

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

  • Comfortable working hands-on with tools, resins, and curing systems

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Skills & Competencies

  • Positive team player with strong communication skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

  • Willingness to receive training and grow into advanced roles (e.g., CIPP Technician, Lead Technician)

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay and benefits with travel compensation

  • Consistent, year-round work with a stable and growing company

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge trenchless technology and gain advanced field experience

  • Supportive leadership and career advancement opportunities — this role can lead to future Lead Technician or Field Supervisor positions
