As a Pipe Repair Installer at Trenchless Today, you are responsible for the installation of CIPP liners for various residential, municipal, industrial, storm and sewer line rehab and repair projects. The right person for this position must be capable of working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions and processes closely.
Repair various types of sewer & storm pipes by using a specific product and process through CIPP & SIPP rehabilitation
Ensure pull-in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D-Rings, chains and attachment to pulling cable
Monitor gauges, dials or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Cure resin product using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
Learn/train on Trenchless Today’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment
Drive various vehicles to move crews and equipment
Perform set up and clean up tasks at jobsite/shop
Manage the worksite and flow of procedures
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience as a CIPP Technician and /or Installation Technician
OSHA certifications
Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekdays (potentially overnight and out of state)
