Pipe Rehabilitation Sales Technician

This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. A Pipe Rehabilitation Sales Technician is responsible for diagnosing drain issues, educating customers, and leading them to informed and confident buying decisions. Diagnosing drain issues is completed by camera inspecting the problematic pipe. The right person for this position must be capable of working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions closely.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose blockages and drain issues

• Troubleshoot and problem solve the best technique to resolve customer drain issues

• Perform drain cleaning, jetting, or cable work that may be needed to perform a camera inspection

• Establish customer rapport to ensure the success of educating the customer on the best solution for their problem

• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business

• Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, and occasional trade shows

• Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment by routine maintenance 

What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• 5 Years of experience in Sales, preferably in the construction service industry.

• Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report

• Great communication skills

• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds 

• Desire to be hands on and solution oriented 

• Work well independently

• Flexibility with working hours
