Position Overview: 
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our workforce is skilled, motivated, and aligned with our company values. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people and innovation in the construction sector. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. 
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 
• Manage recruitment, the selection process, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive in the construction sector. 
• People-oriented and results-driven. 
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
