Our team of experts specializes in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, and we are looking for an Automotive Technician / Field Technician to join our growing family. 

 

Position Overview:
This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. A Sewer & Drain Technician is responsible for diagnosing drain issues, educating customers, and leading them to informed and confident buying decisions. Repairs are completed through snaking, water jetting, drain camera inspections and smoke testing. The right person for this position must be capable of working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions closely.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose blockages and drain issues
  • Troubleshoot and determine the best technique for resolving customer drain
  • Conduct drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure the success of educating the customer on the best solution for their problem
  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and occasional trade shows
  • Ensure the maintenance and organization of drain cleaning equipment and company truck

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 Years of experience as a Sewer & Drain Technician
  • 2 Years of experience of using; Drain cleaning machines, Hydro Jetting machines and camera inspection equipment.  
  • OSHA certifications are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds 
  • Work well independently
  • Flexibility with working hours
