Sales Director for Innovative Construction Company in CIPP Industry

We are seeking a talented Sales Director to join our team and help us expand our market presence.

 

Position Overview:  As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. 
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings. 
  • Provide insights into product development and innovation based on market feedback. 
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a sales executive/director, preferably in the construction or CIPP industry. 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
