Position Overview:
Join Our Groundbreaking Team! We are an innovative construction company specializing in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, seeking a skilled Project Estimator to help us revolutionize the water, sewer, and storm pipe lining industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for water, sewer, and storm pipe lining projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. 
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to discuss and formulate estimates. 
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. 
• Conduct site visits and gather information to make informed estimations. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project estimator in the construction industry, CIPP experience preferred. 
• Strong understanding of construction processes and pipe lining/ Pipe Rehabilitation techniques. 
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. 
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
• Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
• Creating labor estimates for any project
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors
• Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
• Compiling and recording actual costs
