Position Overview: 
A dynamic and creative Social Media / Marketing Manager to elevate our presence in the pipe lining industry. Our focus is on Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology, a revolutionary method in construction pipe line rehabilitation. We need a strategic thinker who can communicate our innovative approach to a wider audience and engage actively in community events

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy. 
• Create engaging content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) to highlight our CIPP projects and technology. 
• Collaborate with our team to produce informative and promotional materials. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and adjust strategies as needed. 
• Manage and grow our online community, responding to comments and messages. 
• Actively participate in and represent the company at community events, trade shows, and industry conferences. 
• Foster relationships with community organizations and partners to enhance brand visibility and corporate social responsibility. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the construction or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. 
• Excellent communication, networking, and copywriting skills. 
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• A passion for innovation and technology in construction, and a commitment to community engagement. 
• Must be able to travel to projects, trade shows and jobsites.
