Salary Range:  $95000 - $200000 year

Our team of experts specializes in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, and we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our growing family. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth in a designated territory, focusing on both B2B and B2C clientele within the CIPP/construction industry.

 - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base. 

- Attend and represent the company at trade shows and industry events for networking and lead generation. 

- Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. 

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills:
     Excellent communication skills are crucial, including the ability to effectively present products or services, engage in persuasive conversations, and actively listen to clients' needs and concerns. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: 
     Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers, as well as to network effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: 
     Proficiency in negotiating contracts and deals, understanding the needs of both the client and the company, and finding a mutually beneficial outcome
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline:
     As outside sales often require working independently, a high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and time management skills are essential. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
     Skill in identifying challenges that clients face and proposing suitable solutions or products to address these issues. 
  • Technical Knowledge:
     Understanding of the products or services being sold, with the ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical clients. 
  • Adaptability:
     The capacity to adapt to different selling environments and client needs, and to stay resilient in the face of rejection. 
  • Organizational Skills: 
    Capability to manage customer data, sales reports, and schedules efficiently. This also includes time management skills to balance various tasks effective
  •  Drive and Persistence:
    A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, and persistence in pursuing leads and closing deals. 
  • Product Knowledge:
     In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications in various scenarios. 
  • Technological Proficiency:
     Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and general computer skills for managing sales data and client information. 
  • Travel Requirement: 
     Willingness and ability to travel, as the job often requires visiting clients or potential customers in different locations, sometimes involving overnight stays.
