Business Development Representative 

Inside Sales & CSR 

Trenchless Today LLC. is thriving, thanks to our amazing team. Because of this, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative with Inside Sales and CSR experience! This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. We are looking to hire someone that has a background in Inside Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service. She/he must be able to work with others. S/He will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, follow-up calls, turning leads into appointments, project bids, and providing excellent customer service. 

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities 
  • Contact previous clients through cold calls and emails 
  • Identify client needs
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and the Sales team 
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers/clients
  • Additional tasks as needed 

QUALIFICIATIONS & SKILLS

  • Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques 
  • Experience with CRM software (Service Titan a plus) 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Have a clean, friendly, and professional appearance
  • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Be comfortable interacting with customers via phone
  • Punctual

  • Excellent work ethic
  • Microsoft Office Experience 
  • Google Drive Experience 
  • Excels in written and verbal communication 
  • Extreme attention to detail 
  • College degree is a plus but not a requirement
