CIPP Technician Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. A CIPP Technician is responsible for the installation of CIPP for various residential, municipal, industrial, storm and sewer line rehab and repair projects. The right person for this position must be capable of working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions closely.

What You’ll Do:

• Repair various types of sewer & drain lines by using a specific product and process

• Monitor gauges, dials or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly

• Cure resin product using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.

• Camera, inspect, clean, and descale host pipe

• Learn/train on Trenchless Today’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment

• Drive various vehicles to haul equipment

• Perform set up and clean up tasks at jobsite/shop

What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• 5 Years of experience as a CIPP Technician and /or Installation Technician 

• OSHA certifications 

• Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report

• Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces

• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools

• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles

• Must be able to travel weekdays (potentially overnight and out of state)
