MARKETING ASSISTANT

This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. We are looking to hire someone that has a background and work experience in Marketing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our outsourced marketing team. This position will work closely with other departments to ensure the success of the marketing plan. Some of the responsibilities of this position are detailed below. 

• Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
• Communicating with clients, customers, and external agencies
• Creating and delivering presentations
• Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
• Submitting ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
• Writing and editing promotional products
• Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows

QUALIFICIATIONS & SKILLS

• Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
• Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
• Proven time management and prioritization abilities
• Knowledge of analytics software
• Industry knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
