We are seeking a Lead Dental Assistant for our beautiful office in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore! Free parking available, very close to I-95. This person would be responsible for training new hires, managing inventory and lab orders, reporting daily to the office manager and lead dentist. 

The ideal candidate would:

• have at least two years of dental assisting experience with Radiology License
• have experience managing people 
• be hard working
• be team player and foster new team members
• train new hires
• love dentistry

Requirements:

• We are looking for a dental assistant for 4-5 days per week, no weekends :)
• WILLING TO TRAIN the right person to grow into this position, but would prefer someone who has experience with oral surgery, intraoral scanners, placing invisalign attachments, cosmetic dentistry etc...
• X-RAY certification necessary
