We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice, engages our audience, and drives business growth. You will be a social media whiz who thrives on creating compelling content, fostering online communities, and staying ahead of the ever-evolving social media landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify opportunities on social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (text posts, images, videos) for various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Run social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor online brand reputation and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., content marketing, PR) to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Identify and implement new social media tools and technologies to optimize social media efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices (content creation, community management, social listening).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling social media copy.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for social media and a keen eye for creative content.
