We are seeking a passionate and user-centric UX Designer to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our digital products.  You will conduct user research, design and prototype user interfaces (UI), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are not only functional but also enjoyable and engaging to use.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Analyze user research data to identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions.
• Develop user personas and user journey maps to guide the design process.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user interfaces and user flows.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure a visually appealing and consistent user interface.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Proven understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past UX design projects.
• Experience with user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent visual design sense and understanding of usability principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
