As a customer service agent at Aktiv Insight, we always want to give the best service possible. That’s why it is important for me to have a good relationship with our customers, so they understand how much we value their business and support them in any way that we can.

As a customer service rep, you will be working with a close and transparent team.  We handle all of our own tech support tickets, using the Zen Desk platform. This means that you will be able to see what your teammates are working on and how they approach customer interactions as well as their thoughts about certain issues or problems. We value this team-oriented environment because it helps me understand my responsibilities more clearly and also gives me a better sense of camaraderie and support.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team!  In this results-driven role, you will play a key part in streamlining our marketing efforts by leveraging automation tools and technology.  You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns across various channels to nurture leads, drive engagement, and ultimately, generate revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated marketing workflows across different channels (e.g., email, social media, website).
  • Manage and maintain our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns based on specific audience needs.
  • Develop compelling email marketing content (e.g., newsletters, drip campaigns) and landing pages.
  • A/B test different marketing elements to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate reports to measure success.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends and tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams (content marketing, social media) to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Integrate marketing automation with other marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM) for a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
  • Proven experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and campaign strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing best practices and copywriting skills a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
