The Marketing Manager at Aktiv Insight will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a strategic vision for marketing our products and services and must be adept at driving leads through various advertising platforms. This role calls for a creative and analytical professional who can not only devise comprehensive marketing strategies but also effectively implement them.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the overall marketing strategy for the company.
  • Lead and execute campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on innovative lead generation techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Utilize data and metrics to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Handle the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Communicate with external agencies and vendors to establish and monitor marketing projects.
  • Provide leadership and insight into the growth of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Engage audiences through social media platforms and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain the brand’s corporate image and identity across all marketing and public relations channels.
  • Regularly report achievements and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the marketing field.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other paid ad platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Adept at making data-driven marketing decisions using surveys, focus groups, and market analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
