Salary Range:  $45000 - $85000 year

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving ongoing business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to using our products/services.
  • Monitor and analyze client accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on client activity and sales performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., customer service, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction goals.
