We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to oversee various advertising projects from conceptual design through execution. You'll have the opportunity to gain valuable marketing experience in the growing e-commerce industry and work with a variety of different projects and customer relationship management software. You will also get the opportunity to work with various exciting products, brands, and clients as you collaborate with in-house personnel for each project to maximize quality and efficiency.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate for the full-time Account Manager position will be extremely personable, a creative thinker, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for client satisfaction and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct weekly calls and provide consistent updates to your client and team.
• Direct and lead teams to accomplish projects in the allotted time.
• Properly validate, clarify, and assess the needs of customers on an ongoing basis.
• Provide clients with high-level support ensuring needs are satisfactorily met.
• Contribute to data analysis of client data metrics to improve future content.
• Utilize communication & project management software to optimize project efficiency.
• Suggest solutions and innovative ideas that meet client needs.
• React to feedback and revision with flexibility, optimism, and refined creative ideas.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Project management preferred
• Display an understanding of communications principles as well as knowledge and familiarity of creative problem solving
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
• Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent verbal communication skills required
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in online services and/or apparel preferred
