Our orthodontic practice is looking for someone exceptional to join our team as a Front Office Administrator/Social Media Specialist. We need a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to our customer's needs. Reliability and interest in continuing to learn are essential characteristics for this position. There will be opportunities for continued learning and advancement. We set a high standard of customer service and constantly look for ways to exceed our patient's expectations. Basic computer skills required. While we prefer candidates that already have some orthodontic experience, we are most interested in finding someone who has a great personality and is motivated to provide excellent customer service to our patients.
