Endodontic Specialists is seeking a sterile tech to join our specialized team in Mesa. We are a private endodontic office with a passion for providing amazing endodontic care in a friendly and comfortable environment. As an integral part of our practice, you will help provide exceptional patient care and support our endodontic procedures.

Responsibilities:

•  - Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment for endodontic procedures.
•  - Educating patients about their procedures, post-operative care, and oral hygiene practices.
•  - Maintaining strict infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
•  - Collaborating with the endodontist and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
•  - Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing patient records.
•  - Providing a comforting and reassuring presence to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

•  - No experience required, we will train
•  - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
•  - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and effectively communicate with staff patients.
•  - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate patient records and handle tasks efficiently.
•  - Knowledge of dental software and computer skills preferred.
