Dental Treatment Coordinator/ Assistant Manager

Salary Range:  $28.00 - $32.00 hour

Brush Dental is now hiring an experienced Treatment Coordinator/ Assistant Office Manager with +3 years of experience.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including supervising staff, managing patient flow, handling financial and administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for patient-focused assistant office managers that has the desire and willingness to provide the best possible care to every patient. Being adaptable and a team player will be essential to your work.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dental office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists
  • Manage patient flow and schedule appointments, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and that patients are seen in a timely manner
  • Handle financial and administrative tasks, such as managing insurance claims and billing, preparing financial reports, and maintaining patient record
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office
  • Communicate with patients and staff, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • +3 years experience working in a dental office, with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively
  • Proficiency with computer programs (Dentrix)
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized and reliable

Dr. Isaac “Ike” Urling is an Arizona native, having grown up in the small town of Snowflake before moving down to the Phoenix area to attend college. Dr. Urling attended ASU and received an early acceptance to dental school, matriculating into Midwestern University after his junior year of college. While attending Midwestern, he was fortunate to learn under
some of the finest dentists the profession has to offer. He received a state-of-the-art education while learning advanced procedures such as: placing dental implants, lasers, 3D x-ray technology, clear braces and root canals. He provides these services and more to his patients. Dr. Urling received the Deans Clinician Award for being at the top of his class clinically. He is an avid learner and is currently taking CE to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry.
