Salary Range:  $130000 - $180000 year

Job Summary

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates while partnering and collaborating with the business and the team to hire exceptional talent. You will drive critical efforts to deliver against aggressive headcount goals and partnering with various peer groups and hiring managers to effectively leverage process, programs, and strategic sourcing to drive a best-in-class experience. Those efforts will include:

  • Using your strong recruiting acumen to find best-in-class talent to help shape and scale our org, skewed toward Engineering/Product but delving into Sales and Ops as well
  • Measuring and tracking performance against HC targets and provide guidance to the monthly/quarterly hiring forecast
  • Creating sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs
  • Leveraging market data and insights in order to have informed conversations
  • Assessing and analyzing pipeline metrics and recruiting process(es) to identify areas of improvement and provide recommended actions
  • Leading kickoff meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauging progress and identifying potential obstacles
  • Assessing and developing creative strategies in partnership with your team to enhance the overall candidate experience

Responsibilities, Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years’ experience in recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to Senior Director positions. Technical recruiting experience preferred.
  • Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates
  • Analytical skills with the ability to report on workflow and metrics
  • Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile and flexible
  • Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
  • Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with ambiguity

What to Expect:

  • Remote work. But you must sit in a US-time zone.
  • Full-cycle recruiting. From role designing to sourcing, slates and hiring – you are executing every step of the hiring process for all divisions of the company.
  • Variety of interviews and roles to fill. Heavy focus in Engineering/Product but you will be delving into Sales, Ops, Account Management and etc. You will hire executives, entry-level candidates, and every other role in between. You should know how to tailor your process for every candidate that walks in the room.
  • Build a team.
  • Thinking ahead. You apply an organizational design mindset to every hire, looking at future roles to adjust hiring plans and priorities accordingly.
  • Build relational recruiting. Build that network and build our data to support future hires.
